Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
